1. Who we are

Liquidity Hunters is an analyst desk based in Chile that publishes pre-session XAU/USD analysis, a glossary of SMC/ICT concepts and educational material. The sites liquidityhunters.cl, auth.liquidityhunters.cl, analiza.liquidityhunters.cl, trading.liquidityhunters.cl, track.liquidityhunters.cl and backtest.liquidityhunters.cl are part of the same ecosystem.

2. Not financial advice

The content published here is informational and educational. We do not offer personalised investment advice, we do not manage third-party capital, we do not guarantee returns and we are not registered as investment advisors before the Chilean CMF or any other authority.

Each user is responsible for their own trading decisions. Before operating, consult with an independent qualified professional.

3. Eligibility

By using our services you declare that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction (18+ in most countries), that you have legal capacity to contract, and that you do not reside in a jurisdiction sanctioned by OFAC or by international financial-sector sanctions.

4. Risk of capital loss

Leveraged trading of XAU/USD and other derivatives carries a high risk of capital loss. The majority of retail traders lose money. Past performance, including the public track record on this site, does not guarantee future results. Content is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

5. Paid subscriptions and right of withdrawal

The paid pre-session reports (Tokyo, London, NY) are billed monthly or annually via PayPal Billing Plans. Active plans include a 7-day free trial with a credit card held upfront.

Right of withdrawal (Art. 3 bis Ley 19.496 / Chile): you have 10 business days from the purchase date to request a refund if the service has not been substantially consumed. Request it by writing to contacto@liquidityhunters.com.

Cancellation: you can cancel (a) from your PayPal account at any time before the next renewal, or (b) by emailing us directly at the address above. Both channels are valid and processed within 48 business hours.

6. Analiza.LH (on-demand credits)

Analiza.LH is a separate product that charges prepaid credits to run AI-specialist analyses. Unused credits are refundable within 10 business days of purchase by emailing us. Credits consumed on an analysis are not reimbursable. Balance is tied to the registered email and has no expiration date.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Liquidity Hunters will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use — or inability to use — our services, including trading losses derived from decisions based on published content. Our maximum aggregate liability to any user is limited to the amount paid by that user in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual property

Analyses, setups, infographics, glossary and educational content are property of Liquidity Hunters. Quoting fragments with clear attribution and back-link is allowed; integral reproduction or commercial redistribution requires prior written permission.

9. Data, cookies and privacy

We use cookies and Google Analytics 4 (property G-G79VMD83T0) to measure traffic and conversions across the 6 subdomains of the ecosystem. Authentication is managed via Supabase. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties beyond technical providers strictly necessary to operate the service (PayPal for billing, Supabase for auth, Google for analytics).

Your rights (Ley 19.628 / Ley 21.719 Chile · GDPR / LGPD): access, rectification, cancellation and opposition over your personal data. Exercise them by writing to contacto@liquidityhunters.com.

GA4 opt-out: you can disable tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by blocking cookies from your browser settings.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified at least 15 calendar days in advance by email to registered users and by visible notice on this page. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Disputes shall first be submitted to free mediation via SERNAC (Servicio Nacional del Consumidor) if the user is a Chilean consumer; otherwise, to the ordinary courts of Santiago de Chile, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
